Shipping and Returns
You can return most of our items that are new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our own error (eg. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier (in some areas you may be required to drop the item to your closest depot), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Most orders submitted before 12:00pm from Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be sent the next business day. There are un-tracked and tracked postage options to choose.
ABC Washroom Supplies utilises both FastWay couriers and Australia Post as our shipping partners and neither parties can be held liable for undelivered and damaged products. Please contact ABC Washroom Supplies: email@example.com for any queries relating to damaged during shipping and undelivered items.
ABC Washroom Supplies does not take responsibility for any un-tracked international parcels that go missing. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
ABC Washroom Supplies will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
